Terms of Use

You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Handles are claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. We may reclaim handles that infringe trademarks, that impersonate a real person or company you don't represent, or that are used in bad faith.

You retain ownership of the logos, colors, fonts, products, and assets you upload. You grant Je Suis a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute them as needed to run the service - including serving them to visitors and to AI agents you authorize.

You must have the rights to any content you publish. Don't upload material that infringes trademarks, copyrights, or other rights.

• Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't use Je Suis to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Don't scrape or abuse the MCP endpoints beyond published rate limits.

Connector keys issued from Settings → Connectors let AI clients and third-party integrations read your brand on your behalf. You are responsible for every connector you create: keep the key secret, only paste it into clients you trust, and revoke it as soon as it is no longer needed or if you suspect it has leaked.

Each connector can be configured for Full brand access or Scoped to a specific set of products, assets, and fonts. Actions taken through a connector are treated as actions taken by you. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke connectors that abuse the service, violate these terms, or put the platform at risk.

Je Suis is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running but make no uptime guarantee. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
